::: 70 Wild Miles in Fermanagh :::

It was tough going at Castewellan - the mental preparation was infringed upon by a certain Arthur Guinness! Anyway we got around the course and hope to be back for the next in the series...

::: Gael Force West Results :::
Well folks, the craic was all good in Westport! We came in with a fairly healthy 30 & 31st - finishing 4th for the double teams!

::: Thomas has set the new Irish 100km record :::
'T' came in at 7.42.24 - beating the previous record by 10 mins. To read the full race report please click on the link below. Next step is the world cup in Korea this coming October.

::: Well Done that man from Lattone (9-10-06):::

Thomas finished 12th at the world championships in Seoul at the weekend, shattering his previous national record by some 38 minutes! Fair play to you Thomas - were proud of you sir!

We're gonna hit Westport this coming September - The Gael Force West Adventure Race Festival is on from the 2nd-4th September 2006. The race invloves running, cycling and kayaking - should be a bit of craic!

- The event is one of the largest charity bike rides on the island of Ireland, attracting over 1000 participants. It is also one of Co-operation Ireland's major fundraising events with all sponsorship going to support the charity's peace building projects with young people.
