TRAIL BUILDING
Welcome to our trail building page - here you'll find various techniques and construction methods for building your very own technical trails. We will update monthly - if you have any suggestions for something yoo would like constructed drop us an email and we'll see about posting it.

::: 1. Teeter - Totter:::
The following sequence of images illustrate how to build a simple teeter-totter.

Materials & Tools Required.
1. Screwgun and Screws or Hammer & Nails. (either method is fine but screws will make for a more durable final construction).
2. Saw.
3. Level (for levelling leg sections and ensuring they are 'square').
4. Drill and large wood drill bit of approx same diameter as your pivot bar.

5. Grease.
6. Two long horizontals for main 'up & over' part of construction. Two 12' - 15', 4x2's will be adequate. Alternativly you could use a number of pallet sections (pallets cut in half and fixed together to make one narrow, long section).
7. Enough wood to make the required amount of laddered pieces (any wood thicker than 3/4" will be sufficient - even wood of old pallets).
